The manager was fully understanding as my drop off day had to be extended by a day related to the under loading company I hired never showed up. I had to unload the truck by myself and I just had back surgery 3 months, I was ordered by my surgeon not to lift anything over 15 pounds. With that said, I had to go very slowly and went over my time limit in returning the truck. The manager understood my situation and I thank him very much.

Douglas E.There is no one on staff at this location which would be fine except there's no cell signal and no Wi-Fi at the location in order to do rental through the app. I had to drive up and down the road five minutes about 15 times in order to go through every step of the rental app, and then I had to do the same thing when I returned it. Completely ridiculous experience I will never rent from this location again unless this problem is fixed
