Truck had not been cleaned. There were blankets and an appliance dolly in the back I didn't ask for or use. The lockbox was difficult to get in and the people at the store did not speak enough English to be able to help me or explain anything.

Very unprofessional and the staff inside was not willing to assist at all throughout the process. The worker was more concerned with frying chicken than helping customers in the store. U-Haul was contacted to help and tried reaching out to the store but the refused to answer. Do not use them if you can avoid it.

scott wThe truck had cigarettes and a cup in the holder. No gas at all and I had a hard time getting the key. It was not in the expected box. I had to find someone that worked at the gas station to help me and they hasd to call someone else to get the key out of the drop box. I was at the location for an hour.
