Hello, Want to bring attention that the personnel that hook-up the trailer (motorcycle) to my truck didn't completely secure the hitch to the hitch-ball attached to my truck as when i arrived at my destination and off loaded the motorcycle, the trailer un-latched itself off the hitch ball-THANKED GOD it didn't come off while in transport, to include no damage was done offloading. As I was not familiar with seeing this type of trailer coupler as opposed to the newer style- I trusted the staff to hook up correctly as I was told someone will assist/hook up the trailer. Furthermore, there wasn't an electrical extension initially to hook-up and the rep had to go retrieve one. But, overall, I'm glad that there was a trailer readily available but be more attentive for security of equipment.

I was given a bad vehicle that broke down during use. The drive shaft completely broke off. Roadside assistance was helpful but it took 4 hours to get a tow. Also the new reservation created by roadside assistance took me to another pickup and at the drop off site I wasn’t able to get a signal to submit requested info.

Gregory WThe truck that was reserved almost a week in advance was not there. I requested a 20” truck. I was offered a 26” truck or a 10” as a replacement. There was no compensation given & I was suppose to receive a call back from someone to discuss the $50 reservation guarantee. I am highly disappointed and will not use U-Haul in the future
