This truck had JUST over 1/4 a tank when I checked it out, and it had OVER half a tank when I returned it. The attendant said nothing about additional cost for fuel. I made a stop on my way out and put fuel in. I should not have been charged a few fee. It had more fuel in it when I returned it than when it left. The truck was cleaner when I brought it back than when it left (which is okay) but because the location is good, I would recommend it to someone nearby, but I WOULD TELL THEM THEY MUST TAKE A PICTURE OF THE GAS GAUGE, and anything wrong with the truck before leaving, which I didn't do. Also, the check engine light is on, so that's why you don't get a "well maintained" rating.

Very helpful and easy to schedule with
John RI had to replace the windshield wipers on TT1330K because the driver's side was broken with a set of 20 inch Rainex wiper blades from Walmart. Two of the dual rear tires were worn but at least one new tire was placed on the outside rim on the passenger side. Because this was primarily a car dealership with a secondary U-haul rental business, I asked about the fluids and tire pressure which all turned out to be good.

JOSHUA SBecause there are two adjacent businesses on the same side of the highway that deal with U-Hauls in McKenna, having U-Haul roadside signage with the business names clearly marked would be helpful. I inadvertently turned into the wrong business when I saw a U-Haul sign on the road but realized immediately it was not correct when I didn't see cars on the lot. Turning the 20' truck around and finding a break in traffic to drive another 50 yards or so down the road was a real challenge as traffic was extremely heavy.
