I was notified that the original pickup location (a full-service U-Haul store) did not have the trailer I had rented, nor did the next closest full-service store, so I was directed to the B&D location. Only one person was working, who was also responsible for running the fuel station and the convenience store of the operation. She was super friendly, but flustered. The U-Haul portal was running extremely slow, which lent to her frustration (which is understandable). I told her that I was not in a hurry and to take her time as well as deal with the other aspects of the operation. This location had only a few items for rent and was a lower-tier operation; in other words, U-Haul rentals seemed to be secondary to their primary business. Nonetheless, I was able to complete my transaction and went about my day.

ERIC JU hauls rates per mile are way to high I would have used truck longer but millage made this untenable
IAN GI wanted to pick up in Port Huron so it was out of our way to go to Memphis MI.
