The return process went smoothly and the staf was helpful .

The truck was returned timely, clean and with appropriate gas but UHaul still found a way to charge us and the local agent can do NOTHING about it. Empower your people to resolve conflict and make clear that checking in on the ap isn't going to be a quick process. I think this move is the straw that broke the camel's back. We won't use UHaul again.
