Have the vehicles ready, on-site. The gentlemen picking up before me had to travel 20 minutes to another location because they sold his equipment the day before. I had to wait at least 20 minutes for them to find my one-way truck and then had to drive down the road to pick it up from a parking lot. The staff did not seem as though my time was important to them whatsoever.

When we first arrived, first customers in the building, the man at the desk acted like he couldn't be bothered to help us. We had to spend 20 minutes going through the entire process of checking out equipment even though I had already made the reservation online, only to find out that he assumed we were renting a pickup truck, for whatever reason. Then we found out that they didn't have an auto transport dolly, even though that's what we reserved, and couldn't be bothered to get it for us. So they gave us a tow dolly, which we didn't want since we were traveling 1,000 miles, so later we came back to return it/cancel that order. We had called UHaul who told us that we could swap the tow dolly for a 5 x 9 tow trailer. When we got to UHaul, the lady at the desk said "nope" because she said the computer wouldn't allow it. Even though they had 5 x 9 tow trailers in their parking lot that they weren't using. Finally we said, screw it, we're returning the tow dolly. She got on the phone for half an hour and made passive-aggressive jabs about us with some other employee and finally said "OK I got you $12 refunded." Turns out she was refunding our APPLIANCE dolly. So then we had to wait ANOTHER half hour to have our tow dolly refunded. Also, when we originally got the tow dolly they never gave us an inspection or instructional course, even though we selected this location for the ENTIRE REASON that they had the "tow inspection" which none of the other locations had. What a complete and total waste of time that was. This is a tiny location with employees who make excuses about not doing anything because their location is tiny. Avoid avoid avoid.

I reserved online and when I went to pick up the truck, the store told me that we should return 3 hours earlier than what we reserved for. We had to change our plans to have it return before the due. Truck was dirty and windshield was to dirty to see while driving.

GM Rios - RUDE, disrespectful and unwilling to please customers. Upon my return I named SEVERAL mechanical issues. Ms. Rios was not empathetic and offered no compensation for the delays that the equipment issues caused me. When I told her that I was going to dispute the charge on my card she replied "go ahead" rather than trying to resolve the issue. Its disappointing that the recording on the UHAUL line says "may issues can be resolved just by letting us know. That is NOT accurate.

You need to straighten out the attachment of the small truck in the rear of the large truck. We did not use it but because it snapped off we were charged for the use.

Fix issues with web reservation pricing not matching your computer when the contract was produced. The first attempt at the facility was considerably more expensive then what I reserved online. It took some time to straighten it out.

The woman was very nice and helpful. The only downside to this location is the property isn’t really big. She made up for it by the way I was treated.

Was good the last time I used their service. But this time they were taking forever to rent and returning was a nightmare. No room to pull the truck in. The person was very rude when I told her I couldn't fit in the driveway.

I probably wouldn’t rent from here again. Manager rushed through pick up process. Was given the key and wasn’t told where the truck was. I was told to walk out and take a right. Truck was parked in back of building with sign in dashboard and under a tree with debris on the hood and windshield. Had to ask the manager to please move the truck because of where/how it was parked. Another customer had the same issue. His truck was parked between a fence and another truck. Manager hit truck with other truck when moving it. Wasn’t told how to return truck. I reserved for 12 hours and was told I had to return it at 6 so that “another family” could use it. When I returned the truck there was one associate there. I was not greeted and just given a copy of my contract. I will not return to this location nor would I recommend to any one else. Customer service needs to be drastically improved.

This was my second rental at this location. Both times the service was a little slow. The first time the only person there was the mechanic who was a great guy and was trying his best to hold down the fort. The fact that Uhaul doesn’t save customer vehicle data and drivers license images is ridiculous. Having to go through the entire process again for the second rental just 1 month later was extremely annoying.

A tire blew out while I was on the road in New Hampshire. The concord New Hampshire uhaul had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Great service.

This location is a bit tight for larger vehicles. I wouldn't recommend this location if you are picking up/dropping off a trailer or a large truck. My dad and I had to load my car on the auto transport without help, which was fine. However, this was our first time doing this, and the U-Haul employees would not check to make sure everything was good to go.

Employee gave me the wrong truck after explaining numerous times that I was going one-way out of state. I ended up having to drive the van all the way back to the store after use. I will never use this store again.

Customer service.Example:I went there on a Tues.to reserve a small U-Haul for Fri.evening into Sat.3pm.The manager was in a meeting so another manager was covering.There were several Trucks available but he said he could not guarantee I would get a truck even if I reserved it at that time and I would probably get a cargo van.I told him I wasn’t there to rent the cargo van and I want to reserve the U-Haul.He said the weekends are busy with people moving and they may need to save them for possible movers.Once again I told him I was there to reserve one while they still had them but he said he couldn’t “just in case”That made no sense whatsoever.Customers should be getting what asked/paid for.He was pretty difficult. I did get the U-Haul with the help of a very nice employee (Britni)who also thought it was absurd. Needless to say,U-Haul would not start after I reached my destination on Sat.Roadside assistance came through but I was not able to return truck until much later because of the delay.
