When I got to the address I did not find any signage indicating this is the correct place and no UHaul trucks were in sight. All I had was a note on the paperwork saying to go to this address and call this number. The address had more than 10 different businesses at the given address and none were marked with anything saying U-Haul or Gomien Security. I tried calling the number 4 or 5 times, and every time I would get a voice message saying to give your name and reason for the call and then the line would hang up.

Latoya BIt was not disclosed at the time the reservation was made online that this location was not staffed. No details were given in advance as to the procedures for pick-up. The cab still had snack food wrappers in the floorboard of the cab and the truck itself was parked up to a curb with a steep drop-off that made it impossible to take the front of truck pictures requested.
Ellen PNo one was there for the check in and no one came to check for assistance to help on the trailer hook up. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION! It's unacceptable and un professional, if uhaul is represented by that establishment they should be relieved of that duty. Clearly they can not hold up as a second business.
