We dropped off the trailer after hours. No problems. Easy access. Have to answer "No" on "were the personnel helpful"; did not interact with personal as it was after hours.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is a great location. I also know this is a new U-HAUL location and has to improve it infrastructure. People were very nice and easy to work with. I wish this location lots of luck.
mary cReturned a trailer and the place had closed although it stated can return 24 hours. Eventually got hold of uhaul and did drop the trailer the same day, so not even 24 hours and they still charged my card 20 dollars for after hour drop off, even when there was no one there physically to help disconnect the trailer. No one mentioned the extra charge when dropping off the trailer after hours. It’s not mentioned even in the same print….Had i known then i would have kept the trailer till the next day and avoided the charge. They don’t give you back the difference for early return even though we can use the trailer for 2 days as contracted.
