The uhaul site was super slow so we were 45 mins waiting for it to connect, which made us late for everything else. We had planned to have help and miss the rain, but this set us back. I finally had to do it myself on the app and didn’t know if it ever did it right.
Kalyn RVery confusing. I had to go inside when it was a self service lock box. It needs to be made more clear that you have to return it with the same gas as you left with.

John PThe location was in good shape. However, having to use this location was not acceptable. I reserved the truck at the Governors Drive location because of the proximity to my move location due to the $1 per mile extra cost that UHaul now charges. Because of the change in location, my costs increased by at least 25% because the mileage doubled just from location change. In the future when I need a small vehicle, I will rent from another service provider because UHaul is too expensive and does not work hard enough to satisfy my location needs. The appropriate response from Uhaul should have been to offer me a choice of using a larger truck for no additional cost or to choose another location. You have lost a customer due to your business policies. I noticed you do not have an overall rating for customer experience. My rating for that is 1 star.
