We accidentally left a phone in truck and dropped keys in box. When we called for help (Sat afternoon late) the gentleman was very helpful and kind in retrieving for us.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was fine, the site was great but the process of using your app to rent a truck was not what I thought it would be. The app was slow to load and we ended up having to call a representative to finish the pick up process. Next time I need rent a truck I will choose a location where I can just talk to an individual for pick up and drop off.
