Slow service - and not on the location but major technical errors on the site. TruckShare wasn't working. Gas and mileage on the truck didn't match up so I ended up being overcharged. Awaiting a response but the staff was less than helpful.BRADLEYJORDAN F.
Keep up the good work. Amanda and Marybeth were outstanding, including the staff. The servers shut down on 4/18/21 during my visit and every staff member pulled out their personal phones to proceed through Uhaul's backup. Again, Amanda and Marybeth were the All-Stars of the day; Wow!Derek R.
The location services would not work on the website (despite following the outlined steps) so I was unable to complete the online return. I dropped off the keys in the slot on time but was then charged for an extra day. I am extremely frustrated with my Uhaul experience and I do not think it is fair to be charged for a reason that the company should account for.ZACHARY W.

First they sent me to a back parking lot where the truck was supposed to be. While the truck was surrounded by a bunch of other trucks so I couldn't access it. So I had to walk all the way back to office carrying the dolly behind me. Then I had to wait 45 minutes, so they could find the key to another truck.Ali V.

It was impossible to find our van via the self-checkout website, but after waiting in line the staff helped us. For some reason, our return location was changed from the one we had requested, which turned into a big problem later on. We wish the staffer who changed this has explained things better. Mobile system entirely fa iled . Demanded that I allow locations, which I did. It wouldn't acknowledge and there was no way to leave a key because the lock's code had been changed. i had to come back at 7 a.m to address the problem> mobile app still didn't work. truck passengers side mirror was extremely loose and would not stay in position. This caused a safety hazard as I could NOT see the cars to my right. After trying to fix this multiple times it became clear that it was not something I could do myself. Unfortunately, this was not something I was able to ascertain before I left the Uhaul lot.David S.
Customer service was very slow even though the store was almost empty. The clerks' attitude were lackadaisical and impersonal. I was assigned a truck with a defective back door, and it took a long time to get a replacement. The check-out took almost an hour. The return was a nightmare. The check-in person was difficult to understand because of the mask, his heavy accent, and the pouring rain. I was charged for 20 miles, but I used only 7 so was due a refund. He shouted impatiently something about having to download an app and click on this and that. I ended up in circles on the app which was not user-friendly until my phone battery died. I tried going into the store, but there was a long line. I sat in the truck for an hour hoping for some service and swore that I would NEVER rent from that location. again. I finally left and decided that if I were overcharged for the mileage that I would dispute it with Visa.George K.
The return suck got there before 8:30pm actually 8:02pm and the guy did not wanna check my truck in he made me do it online and I was told 8:30pm was the latest when I picked it upLoushon C.
The cabin of the truck was dirty. We had to wipe down and sanitize. They did have an abundance of trucks which was great, that's the only reason I would recommend this location. The staff are not customer service trained. From my entrance the cashier was very rude. Upon returning the truck. The guy who was there cleaning the trucks was rude. 1 question and everyone has a problem.JANINA P.
The truck I rented was clean and well sanitized. It did have a bad battery,but I was able to jump start it. Didn't have any problems after that. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this location to others.Steven L.

I ordered a truck with pads online. It would have been really helpful if the pads were in the truck already and if I didn't have to search the lot for my assigned truck. As it happened, I had to locate the truck which was parked in a line behind another truck at the far corner of the lot. With all the searching I forgot to ask about the pads until I had driven a mile away then had to pull over and call the store to inquire about the pads.KRISTINEISELE L.
