This was my first time experience with Uhaul. The proper equipment reserved was not available at the time of pickup. Along with a 10" truck, I rented the $10 appliance dolly, which was not available. I was given the $7 utility dolly instead so I am looking forward to the refund. The truck itself was very helpful with my move!

The truck was in good condition and ran well but it was filthy dirty on the inside. It looked like it was used on a construction site. My pants were dirtied but it got the job done.

JAY KThe truck looked fine from the outside but had several check engine messages including the traction and check engine light. Twice when I returned to the vehicle after parking it and going inside, it would not start when I returned. When I went to see if I could get jumped, the latch to the hood was broken. I had to call for service and then after I waited about 40 minutes (in the cold), it finally started.
MEREDITH HStore was clean but was a vape store and not the kind of place I felt good about taking my wife and waiting on a ride to pick a up. Attendant did not inspect vehicle, return of dolly, or even complete the check in. Uhaul contacted e the next day asking why truck as not been returned.
