LUC B.I was reassigned to this location almost an hour away from my home because the original spot did not have trucks. The Uber ride alone cost me $100 and to put the gas from that location instead of where I had originally planned for was even more of an expensive. Furthermore, because it is a dealership and not a normal store, they had none of the rental equipment that I had asked for which was incredibly frustrating and of course, made my move much harder. When I spoke to an agent on the phone, he said he would note on my file that I didn't receive them but when I tried to return the truck to the Brampton location, the agent looked surprised and suspicious.
