Une meilleur communication entre la compagnie uhaul et le commerçant la location à du être payé 2 fois. Le tout c'est quand même bien réglé mais ce fut désagréable.

The rental location is excellent. 5 stars for them. Very helpful, kind people. The u-haul experience I could not rate as less than frustrating. We had the truck set to be picked up in Pointe Calume at 9am, confirmed by email the day before. After several backs and forth, we drove 40km to pick it up at Pointe Calume past 1pm. The customer service told me it is not their fault the previous customer delivered the truck at the wrong site, I agree, but it their function to make arrangements to make it work. By the time it is known the truck is at another spot, try and make it easier for your customer. It was a very frustrating experience.
