Donald CThey told us they had too many trucks and we could not leave it there. Really bad customer service and they gave us wrong info saying that even though we had gone through the uhaul return process at their location, that we could just move the truck to another location and do the return process again
Nicole FThe quick stop was hard, he doesn't have a computer and can't look anything up. I did it online and shoulda been able to get the keys from the box. He had the keys behind the counter and eventually ,thanks to Amy from U-Haul transportation talking to the guy on my phone ,finally gave me the key. I'll use a different location next time for sure as dealing with him made me late and cost me more money. U-Haul was perfect and I thank God for Amy from transportation. . I had to clean the cab of the U-Haul out as the previous user had not. Smelled like cigarette smoke and there were ashes . But thanks , I filled it all the way up even tho it had 7 8s tank. Truck ran great ,oil and fluids were good.
jeffery mCell service is awful there, so doing self pick up was almost impossible. Back of the truck was full of dirt/mud
