Excellent customer service from the phone representative. The gentleman at the store was friendly and helpful as well.

DENNIS CDo not design and build trucks with finder wells in floor of box. Do not have trucks built only for five foot tall people. Always have a ramp. This truck sucked. Big time. It was an idiot purchase by UHAUL.

Carlos WThe location was fine but it was two hours and without the reserved blankets from the reservation made well in advance. This is a corporate U-Haul issue and not the local pick up.
