The gentleman that we dropped it off with was very personable and made it good experience dropping it off. He let us know of a close gas station to fill it up which was very helpful. I would recommend this dropoff location to everyone!

Joseph HDean was the man we talked to and he was unbelievably great. There had been some last minute changes and U-Haul had to alter our initial pickup location to the Springfield side. Despite getting the order last minute, Dean was fully ready, prepared and had everything taken care of for us! Obviously the truck was perfectly clean and there were no issues with equipment. 10/10 and would highly recommend Eugene people not forget about the other location!
