Store clerks were rude and made me believe I was at the wrong location because they weren't aware of my online reservations. Had to leave and come back the next day at 9 on Saturday and the store was closed. Luckily I spoke with a Regional rep named Corey and he talked me through the process over the phone. I do NOT recommend doing business at this location. There is another UHaul up the road from here 2 miles away at the feed store I will use next time.

This site was great, BUT we had terrible experiences with the Coffeeville, AL, location and the Grove Hill, AL, location. Our trip was delayed by THREE hours because the Coffeeville location where my reservation was made did not have the equipment I reserved and the Grove Hill location where we were sent next was locked with a padlock and they did not respond to my calls. I had to call the U Haul 800 number (which was very helpful) and then drive an hour out of the way to finally get our dolly at Hwy 10 Petro. Overall, we had a HORRIBLE experience.
