I was overcharged for my rental. I used the truck for a total of no more than 70 miles but I was charged for 141 miles. The person renting out the truck did not check the pickup time mileage and did not check the drop off mileage, he simply said he will check it later and charge me accordingly. I travelled from the rental location to my house in Emmitsburg, a distance of 27 miles, from there to New Market, another 23 miles, 5 miles to the landfill in Frederick and back to the rental location. A total of no more than 70 miles. This is a rip off.

Very friendly and easy transaction
MICHAEL SI selected a mobile pick up because I wanted to get started early and on the morning I was schedule to pick up the truck, I found out the location hadn't/does not do mobile pick ups. I wish I knew this when selecting the location.
Gary Git took an hour to do the online bit to get what was needed to do a 24 x7 pickup. hopefully now that i got part done hope i do not have to go through this again
