Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery convenient location. The postal store employee was very helpful and professional. I didn’t realize the gas charge would be as high as it was. Other than that it was a good experience!
Emily BCleaner or newer vehicle. Our previous rental was better than this one. There’s no rear view camera, unlike other UHaul trucks we rented.
RICHARD MY reservation was moved because there were no trucks. I went to the new location at my reserved pickup time. Truck wasn’t there. I then had to go to another new location. I got started 2 hours later than intended which led to chaos the rest of the day. Customer service was awful and the situation was so unnecessary and caused copious amounts of stress.
Courtney KSystem wasn't working which was not the fault of the location. Truck needed some repair but was otherwise clean. Overall experience was ok.
