Rental only had less than 1/2 tank of fuel, location is just crowded gas bar. Tank should have been full! Drop Location gave me shit for parking by the key drop box, and was going to charge me for parking in wrong spot even though there were two other trucks there and it’s the Uhaul lot. Was not happy at all with this set up!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe lot was very small and hard to park the truck
Chris LYour truck was clean inside. But the steering was not good, the breaks need to be checked as it was not stopping as quickly as needed even when it was not loaded, also the guy who processed my paper work accused me of being late returning the truck; he wanted to charge me more. I told him that I did not need to return it until 9 am the next day. Then finally, he agreed and charged me properly. anyway, I managed and was thankful for a cube van to move my things. thank you
