I bet every employees job for uhual including the CEO, CFO , that the charge is fraudulent. There's a recorded phone call of me to customer service stating faulty gas gage 18 hour's prior to returning vehicle.

The employee didn't want to help me. I told him my phone was dying so I couldn't take the pictures but he still asked me to take the photos. My phone died by the time I finished, I had to walk home without my phone luckily I was a 5 minute walk away from my home.
