I had to unhook the trailer myself and had to go into the office to tell the man I could not release the trailer myself before he would I guess do his job. He did come out and remove the trailer from my SUV. I thought or think this is customer service.

joseph T.Spent two hours cleaning dog hair beyond imagination disinfecting with bleach multiple times cleaned the front of vehicle windshield mirrors and it goes on so a deep show of compensation would be greatly appreciated then the turbo seemed to have been getting stuck consuming more fuel throughout five day trip so also at my desired location were plenty of trucks and trailers was not sure as to why we were inconvenienced with other location on Navarro where our Storeage locker was !!!! Be waiting for response to this review in the form of compensation on total of contract….!!!!!
