Make sure the customer knows that they will not be meeting a person to pick up the rental. That it is all set up via Truck Share so they know when they arrive at the location and nobody is there, how to obtain the vehicle. Luckily the business Owner was there and came out to assist and process the rental so we could get the vehicle.
