The process was a little daunting for a first time user in that I kept getting locked out of my account and Uhaul sent soooo many emails before my move that it was very hard to find the one that stated how to actually pick up the truck. Steamlining it would have beeen nice or mentioning to the user that the pickup location opened at 9:30 if I prefered a human.

Nothing that I can think of
ROGER JMake sure the customer knows that they will not be meeting a person to pick up the rental. That it is all set up via Truck Share so they know when they arrive at the location and nobody is there, how to obtain the vehicle. Luckily the business Owner was there and came out to assist and process the rental so we could get the vehicle.
