The problem with my booking was that I was not informed of some “Safe Move” charge which was additional $16 inspite of asking twice if there were any additional charges except the 19.95 base charge plus $1 environmental fee and the per kilometre charge. Very disheartened to have lost my hard-earned $16 as a student surviving in Canada.
Khushi Ppromised 9.00 am pickup but owner was 30 min late arriving. Not acceptable delay.

Vanessa WHello I have rented vans for my business many times from the above location. This time there was an untrained person who didn’t know what he was doing. Didn’t get the invoice with details, in the email as promised, when I came tin pick up the van they couldn’t figure out what’s going on. His name was Brad. All the charges he added didn’t Seem right, naturally I going to dispute cause in Gift extra gas in the van and he did not even acknowledge it. I am going to talk to the owner in the morning.
