NAGABHUSHAN JThe system was way too slow and took forever to put together a booking. It kept buffering and timing out.
JOSEF VWe were told the truck was parked in an adjacent plaza where Walmart was located and it was nowhere to be found. We were sent on a wild goose chase when in fact the unit was actually. Is the in the same plaza as the store? This delayed us significantly. On the return there was a problem where the store owner had to go back out to the truck to take the picture that was required in order to get the odometer reading. We did not know the key had to be turned on. Adding to this we signed up using the app which turned out to be totally useless and I had to go through all the details information in the store which made the app useless.
Herb HEquipment we rented was not in truck and did not have any in the back. Keys were not put in after hours pick up so had to wait for location to open.
