The app was not user-friendly. I even watched the video about how to use the app and it in no way indicated that you couldn't upload your photo and drivers license until you got there. Wasted a lot of time trying to figure that out and I actually had to call U-Haul. When we got there, I was confused about the references you had to give. Luckily somebody called me even though when I called U-Haul, it said it was closed until 7 AM. My friend warned me that the app had her in tears when she tried to drop off a vehicle after hours.
