  • I cannot recommend this company. This was NOT a pop-up move. I booked Sep 8 for Sep 11 and the owner called me the day I booked and multiple times on moving day. He accepted the job. I repeatedly told the movers I had furniture pads available and asked them to use them. No one said wrapping required an additional service or fee. One mover brought his girlfriend, and weed was vaped during the move. The owner took their car, leaving his truck, which repeatedly shut off. The movers then drove my UHaul, and the 45 dollars travel fee was waived. Moving Help later told me they were not supposed to drive it. After unpacking, I found my daughter's 1k 4N1 crib deeply grooved and my filing cabinet bent and unusable. I have photos. When I called seeking a resolution, the owner argued, talked over me, shifted blame and repeatedly called my intended review nasty. He had previously asked me for a good review because another customer had given him a bad one. This review is not nasty just honest.
