  • They were over an hour late to start. We booked 4 hours so they could take their time and be careful. They worked fast, but they were not careful. They just threw everything in without caring. They broke 2 tables and never said anything to me. Other furniture was scratched and damaged as well. Then, while unloading, one of them said they needed to know if I was going to tip or not because that would determine how good of a job they did. They were extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend them.

  • The staff was very professional, polite, and efficient. They moved me quickly, and I was honestly surprised by how fast everything went. I really appreciated how smoothly the process was handled. I’ll definitely be working with them again!
