  • Difficult to communicate with before move. Showed up 1.5 hours late. Broke a leg off my furniture. Packed the rest of the ubox very well. Was very helpful with figuring out how to return unused u-box and find missing payment code. Left moving equipment at the apartment. We had to organize a pickup, to which they were 50 minutes late.

  • Poor communication regarding services and that they would be late to my move. Overall felt chaotic and like they were just trying to get everything done as fast as possible. My furniture was not wrapped properly and there were several scratches on my dresser and stains and fabric damage to my couch that I had to have professionally cleaned. Attempted to contact them about this but they did not respond.
