Évaluations des clients

  • The individuals were good in communication. They need little more experience to become high rated professional mover. The job they did is good but not excellent for that matter. I would still recommend them as they have good potential and serious about their job, just a little less experience, that's it. Thank You to them for doing the unloading.

  • I needed next day help unloading a 15’ U-Haul into a 4th floor storage unit and placed a service request through the U-Haul app. Within less than 15min, I received a call from Marks Prime moving and they confirmed the details and got me scheduled right away at my requested time. Communication was very professional and polite, and I got a check-in the morning of with a 30min notice of arrival, during the unloading to see how everything was going and after to ensure all went well. Mike and Gene were both polite, very personable and took great care of our belongings. I will definitely call them for my next move and highly recommend them to family and friends.

  • My mirror was unfortunately broken during my move. While it is small crack, it is still broken and unable to be fixed. I reached out and have not heard back after i was asked to provide photos. Communication is key for me and I find it hard to believe the movers did not see it was cracked and did not let me know. Even if they didn’t know, the company should try and rectify the outcome. I also want to make it clear this mirror has made it through 4 moves with me and was wrapped in a thick comforter to avoid any issues. I will not be using or recommending this company.
