  • they didn't finish the move and they also damaged my walls and broke my TV, they moved very slow it was obvious they were running the time out and they tried to get my payment code after an hour and a half and said that they thought it was a load only when my order was clearly a load and unload

    The movers work fast and efficiently. You were on the third floor and didnt book enough hours. We offered to add additional hours and you declined. We do not work by the job we are booked by the hour. You only had enough time to complete the load you needed additional hours to complete the unload. We didnt transport your items you transported them yourself. When we loaded the items into the truck you rented nothing was broken. We still followed you to the unloading location attempting to finish the job. Our team contacted you to discuss the options to move forward. The unload was also to a third floor which takes time. You refused to add any additional hours and we requested payment code. We completed the hours you booked. Im sorry you didnt book enough time nor did you want to add more time. We offered to help many times. Im sorry you were not satisfied our team is hard working and we do not waste our customers time.
