  • This was one of the worst moving experiences ever. Stay far away from this company!!!

    Hi Dorna, It is disappointing to see this review, especially considering that you stated in the review comments that our movers did a great job. Our team went above and beyond to accommodate your move. You initially described your mattress as a queen size, but it turned out to be a king size, which required additional effort. Our movers also assisted with packing and removing a door. These are services that would normally involve additional charges, but we chose not to charge you extra out of consideration for your circumstances. TK Movers is a small, growing business that has completed approximately 40 moves in our first month. Our movers work extremely hard to provide affordable and professional service. We fully respect your right to share your experience, but we also believe reviews should fairly reflect the service provided. It is unfortunate to receive a one star review after you acknowledged that our team did a great job.
