  • Guys were late around 50 minutes. Not sure what they did to the elevator, but some of my stuff were stuck in the elevator, I had to call the leasing office and get someone to fix the elevator. For the loading, they did not leave enough space for the stuff that were stuck in the elevator. At the end, I was told that I can throw the remaining stuff into the truck (not very professional), or I can slide the two matresses against the wall (not true). I tried to be objective in my ratings. Overall, I was disappointed by their service.
