  • Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience! One mover arrived 30 minutes late with food, asked us for silverware and a drink, then opened my refrigerator without permission when I said we had none! We had five U-Boxes, but they assured us everything would fit in three. Their poor packing left huge gaps and wasted space, ultimately requiring SEVEN boxes and a second moving company to finish the job the next day. Each box came with 24 moving pads, yet despite repeated reminders to protect our belongings, most pads remained folded and stuffed around items instead of covering them. Once they learned we were donating belongings, they seemed more interested in those than in doing their jobs. We even gave them over $1,000 worth of items! To top it off, the late mover who ate during our move had the nerve to ask for a tip! We paid for professional movers but got careless packing, extra expenses, and an unfinished job.
