Évaluations des clients

  • I initially appreciated the company accepting my last-minute request after my original Moving Help company cancelled less than 12 hours before my move. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I hired two movers, with three other adults helping. While items waited outside to be loaded, Victor slowed down considerably, and the second mover sat on the U-Haul truck and my stools instead of helping. I had full visibility of this while handling last-minute tasks inside. Even with my own helper assisting, the job ran over the booked time, and I eventually had to step in and tell the movers their services were no longer needed. When the owner followed up, he initially offered a partial refund. However, he then told me Victor claimed the other mover had only sat for five minutes, which does not reflect what I witnessed. Accepting a last-minute booking was appreciated, but it does not excuse poor work or a lack of accountability. I do not recommend this company based on my experience
