  • They arrived a few minutes early and stayed 20 minutes late. Quite Friendly! BUT they Did scratch the floor's paint in one room

  • They never even spoke to us. No communication and we also said to use all our pads and blankets to put over furniture in truck but they never used them. Not professional at all. Things were not done carefully and items were broke.. a young guy helping that never even spoke.

  • Move was canceled 15 minutes before start time because of worker call out. Very frustrating as I had a truck for nothing now and no help. Movers did come the next day. Communicated well but came 20 mins late. Very slow moving furniture only. Did stay late to finish the job but felt like they required babysitting to get my things out. Overall not a great customer experience.

    You were on the 4th floor (I remember) and the elevator couldn't hold more than three items so with that it was very difficult to move fast. You had one couch that couldn't fit in the elevator so we had to Maneuver it through the stairs all the way from the 4th floor and those stairs led us away from the garage where the truck was parked so we had to carry the couch all the way around. We were focusing on the bigger heavier items that we knew you wouldn't be able to deal with on your own because given the circumstances we knew we wouldn't be able to get everything done in the time you booked us for. We even stayed longer without extra charge as a way to say sorry for the cancellation. I'm sorry your experience with us wasn't satisfactory we hope you can consider us again in the future.
