  • The company’s rating started high. The time I strategically scheduled was not available because something happened at the last minute which threw my day off. After providing another time, they arrived late which caused me to have to pay extra for the vessel that required unloading. Then they were anxious to leave before the time I prepaid for was up. Finally, they left my hand truck outside. They have potential but need to be mindful of people time and money spent.

  • The most awful moving experience possible. I explicitly asked the company if the movers would come with a dolly if not I would rent one to make the move easier. I was given an emphatic YES via email and assured they had all moving equipment. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 11am. At 1030 I was informed my movers would not be coming. The dispatchno told me they were looking for others to help with my move. I asked for an ETA so I could rearrange my plans and be at the location when needed. I received no response for hours. Around 1 I was informed a new crew would be arriving at 130. When the crew arrived they spoke no English and had no dolly. So they slowly and painstakingly moving boxes one by one (keep in mind I pay by the hour). I used google translate to request they focus on larger items and furniture I could not move myself, this was IGNORED. After 3 hours they barely finished the loading. Booked a new crew for unloading. Inefficient truck packing items scratched

  • Angel and Paul were absolutely AMAZING!! They are our new extended family. They were sweet and so professional and Very quick. I love them and its nothing they can do about it.
