Évaluations des clients

  • The crew that was sent was friendly and they got the job done. How ever you could tell that they where a young crew with limit experience. We provided them with all the tools necessary to do the job safely and efficiently (dolly, blankets, lifting straps). They failed to use the tools provided which slowed them down and caused them to drop a piece of furniture and damage to corners and doors of property. The dispatch had a lack of communication when trying to confirm the time for the loading and unloading help. They could not give give be exact times until the last minute.
