  • When I initially booked back in Jan I thought it was great that he reached out instantly little did I know that he would constantly give me updates about his life and his wife He often mention that he needed money to fix his vehicle so when it got closer to our moving date we were worried Also he showed up several hours late with our first Ubox and stated he had tooth pain he also stated his wife was coming but it ended up being his step dad who was a nice guy But the main guy was very unprofessional they tracked mud all over the new carpets seemed very unorganized and Im just thankful my husband was there as I felt very uncomfortable On top of all of that and being late and only doin 2 of 4 boxs he kept asking me to submit a payment outside to the app because he needed money to buy fuel or to fix his wife’s car He stated uhaul charges him 15 percent and wanted to know the amount that I paid uhaul so he could reimburse me for half if I decided to pay him outside of the app
