Évaluations des clients

  • They were professional and fast-moving with my stuff I had some heavy things, and both places (for loading and unloading) had stairs, but they were skilled at moving things Not about the helpers but the person on the phone was not helpful; It felt quite unprofessional and dismissive; I called to discuss the moving time and details, they simply responded, ’It’s all written here,‘ instead of addressing my questions; On top of that, they had the helpers arrive 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. It seemed like they neither listened to nor read the information I had provided

I responded it was written on the app and that I call a day before the job usually you caught me at a bad time sorry. And I told my movers multiple times they arrived way too early but they like to be early as its professional. Thank your for the feedback will work on improving
