  • There was a significant amount of damages done to our furniture. That’s going to cost a lot of money to get repaired. Very unprofessional as it relates to wrapping the furniture and some furniture was not wrapped at all, which is what caused all the damages. We are very disturbed by the manner in which they handled our move and feel quite disrespected. We will not be working with this company again.

    We take your concerns seriously and respectfully disagree with the review. Before the move, you were informed that wrapping packing and materials were your responsibility. You requested a 3-hour move; it took 6 hours. You originally paid for 3 hours, were reluctant to pay the additional 3, and requested to pay only 2 more, totaling 5. We agreed to 5 hours. Regarding the alleged furniture damage, our records indicate the damage was pre-existing. If you believe otherwise, please provide photos, an itemized list, and written repair estimates, and we will review any documented claim under our agreement. We are committed to providing the best possible service and regret your dissatisfaction.
