• We agreed on a 1030 time and that they would bring a dolly and any equipment required. Guy kept telling me they would arrive within 30 minutes as they were wrapping up some job and showed up almost 4 hours later and dropped 2 guys to help. The guys were ok and said it was their second move, but they didn't a dolly or gloves so it made the move more difficult. I had to keep the u haul for an extra day since we didn't come when they agreed snd came too late when the sun was blasting in our face. Worst moving experience I've ever had.

  Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns about arrival times and customer service very seriously. We were surprised to read that our crew allegedly arrived four hours late, as this does not match the information we have regarding the service. We also did not receive a call or report to our customer care team on the day of the move regarding a four-hour delay. Had we been notified that the assigned crew had not arrived within the expected timeframe, our team would have immediately looked into the situation and, if necessary, arranged for another crew to assist. We always encourage customers to contact our office during their move if there is ever a scheduling, communication, or service concern so that we have the opportunity to resolve it in real time. We appreciate all feedback and remain committed to providing dependable, professional moving services.
