Évaluations des clients

  • I hired these two guys to help my two friends unload my truck at my new place and all four of them just threw my stuff into a jumbled up mess. Vacuum bags burst open with boxes on top of them. Boxes marked fragile with arrows and TOP marked were upside down. Boxes of broken dishes in the bedroom. And on and on...

Were sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However we respectfully disagree with your description of how your belongings were handled. My partner and I took care to handle all items responsibly throughout the job, and we did not throw or toss your belongings. We would also like to clarify that you were not present during the unloading process, so you did not personally witness how we handled your items. We take our customers property seriously and make every effort to treat their belongings with care and respect. We understand that moving can be stressful, but we believe its important that our teams efforts and professionalism are represented fairly. We stand by the care we put into our work and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
