  • Now that I have been unloaded, moved in, and seen the condition of my furniture and other items, I have to say that I am very disappointed in what I see. I have taken pictures and outlined below the damages- The couch was stood up on end with no covering around it or on the floor. Therefore, it has dirt on it that is not coming off. It also had a broken leg. One of the piano wheels is broken and irreplaceable. I have been to several hardware stores, and none carry this type of wheel. There are several marks, scuffs, scrapes on the piano itself. The living room chair has a tear in the arm. The white bookshelf is severely damaged. The lower back was completely off, the upper back hanging on by a few nails, and the top was coming off the bottom -- it was not designed to be 2 pieces! All of the white cubes have dirt spots and scrapes on them. This could have been prevented, as I suggested they be wrapped in shrink wrap and I supplied the shrink wrap.
