• Would not recommend for a long-distance move. While I appreciated the team's day-of flexibility with scheduling due to unforeseen rental truck issues, the overall service was disappointing. They loaded everything very quickly, but upon unloading, it became clear why. Boxes clearly labeled ''FRAGILE'' were placed beneath heavy stacks, leaving several crushed. Furniture was also poorly positioned, including a TV on its side and a mirror against heavy furniture rather than protected between soft items. Little care or strategy went into loading the truck. Additionally, we needed an extra hour, but I wasn't informed until afterward that the cost would double due to a two-hour minimum for added time, PLUS an ''after-hours'' fee. These charges should have been communicated upfront. I was also required to pay via cash or Cash App only, which raised concerns. Poor loading practices, questionable payment procedures, and a lack of communication contributed to a poor experience overall.

  Thank you for your feedback. Master Laborers LLC takes customer satisfaction seriously. However, some claims are inaccurate. The customer purchased 3 hours of moving assistance, and all work was completed within those 3 hours. No additional time was needed or charged. The customer was never billed for an extra hour, a 2 hour extension, or an after hours fee. Our company does not charge after hours fees. For clarification, services exceeding the original Moving Help booking are handled directly through Master Laborers LLC under our company policies. This did not apply to this job. Regarding loading concerns, our team strives to handle belongings carefully and professionally. We take damage concerns seriously and are willing to review specific issues. We appreciate the acknowledgment of our scheduling flexibility. While we respect customer feedback, reviews should accurately reflect services performed and charges incurred. We remain committed to professionalism and fairness.

• Requested a loading help in the morning and received a 10am-11am arrival window. At 945am the day of the move, received a text stating it’ll have to be rescheduled to 12pm-1pm, due to a customer going over schedule. Not great, but understandable. At 1245pm, received a text that they just finished the previous job and arrival will be after 300pm. The actual arrival time was 319pm against the original schedule window of 10am-11am. I was told that the previous customer requested them to come back after they left. Not sure why they didn’t just decline in order to meet the next appointment. The crew was courteous and completed the move efficiently. Unfortunately the delay of over five hours was too much to handle on a moving day.
