  • I had to reach out to the company on my own to make sure that I was confirmed. I had to reach out a second time the same day, as I had not heard anything, and I was told that my reservation couldn’t be found. The day of, I heard from no one until I reached out, once again. I scheduled for 2pm for the move to start, no one reached out to me until about 230, saying they were on their way from Frisco, (I’m in Grand Prairie), and that it would be about an hr before they arrive. They arrived around 330pm, an 1.5 hrs late. The two gentlemen were very respectful and did what they could, however, I could tell they were not experienced movers. They couldn’t get a certain item in the van, that I knew could fit as I had used this same van to move my things in. There was some damage done to a wall during the move, and some damage to my furniture. I hardly ever leave reviews, however I felt the need to do so this time. The communication needs to be better and more experienced movers would be nice.
