  • The communication from the owner Don was unprofessional. I received numerous text messages from the owner for when he wanted to speak to me about my move which was not lined up with my work schedule. I gave him my availability when I could talk to him and he ignored those times up until the day before my move. His communication and listening skills could improve some. The two gentlemen that helped with the move were David and EJ. They were very professional, kind and made myself and my sons move very peaceful. Those two young men went above and beyond with their moving skills. I would absolutely use this company again with the same quality service they provided. I would say in the end the communication could have been better however, the service was abundantly awesome and well worth it. Kudos to those young men for doing a well deserving and blessed job. Keep up the good work. Thank you Marks Prime Moving company provided by Uhaul.

  • The individuals were good in communication. They need little more experience to become high rated professional mover. The job they did is good but not excellent for that matter. I would still recommend them as they have good potential and serious about their job, just a little less experience, that's it. Thank You to them for doing the unloading.

  • I needed next day help unloading a 15’ U-Haul into a 4th floor storage unit and placed a service request through the U-Haul app. Within less than 15min, I received a call from Marks Prime moving and they confirmed the details and got me scheduled right away at my requested time. Communication was very professional and polite, and I got a check-in the morning of with a 30min notice of arrival, during the unloading to see how everything was going and after to ensure all went well. Mike and Gene were both polite, very personable and took great care of our belongings. I will definitely call them for my next move and highly recommend them to family and friends.
