  • These movers were awesome! Communication leading up to and on moving day was excellent. Despite some scheduling conflicts later in the day, the team proactively brought an extra person to help with the first half of unloading, free of charge. Everyone was efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond what was expected. They even noticed a broken leg on a dresser before unloading it and took the time to help me repair it before leaving! On top of that, when I needed to add an extra hour with fewer movers than originally hired, they adjusted the charge to reflect the actual number of workers rather than charging me the original rate. Very honest and transparent business practices, which I greatly appreciated. For a newer local moving company, I truly can't recommend them enough. They made an otherwise stressful moving experience much easier, and I wish them nothing but success in the future!

  • Communication was polite and professional. My problem is they set a time frame for the job and was not able to do it at the time they set. So, a 1230pm appointment ended up being 300pm. The manager apologized but i still burned a couple hours more than I think i should have. They were between jobs and I understand that, but they need to do a better job scheduling.
