  • This was the worst experience of my life. It was a younger guy and a woman in her late 50’s. Took them 5 hours to move 3 dressers 2 beds, a couch and 14 boxes. Who brings their mother to move furniture. When I inquired why didn’t he tell me the situation. His response was that he usually had another guy but he canceled so he has to bring her. WHAT?! I would have cancelled and gone with someone else. Also, they damaged 2 of our dressers and refused to bring back the screws to our beds. Unloaded the boxes in our garage and broke our couch. Also, brought no tools and had no idea how to unacrew a bed frame. I have requested their insurance and have not been provided it as of yet. When you’re paying by the hour and you’ve got a grandma moving you - don’t expect to be done in time. They want you to pay for their delayed ability to work efficiently. They should not be movers and I will take this up to every level possible so this never happens to anyone else. STAY CLEAR !
